You may have a few questions that hopefully this page will answer
Booking
With all bookings, I will send out a booking form for you to fill in.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel a booking for any reason, depending on the time, some fees will still have to be paid. Also, if I am performing outside, please make sure there is a ‘Plan B’ because fees would still have to be paid if the event is ‘rained out’, fees will also still have to be paid if the event is postponed, and I am not available on the new date.

Other
You will be asked what shows you would like to be performed before making a booking; multiple shows can be selected, but only when requested.
We have Public Liability Insurance up to £10,000,000
My electrical equipment has a PAT Certificate
I now accept payment by card, and an invoice is available on request.
Please make sure that I am able to park as close to the performance area as possible.
Parking charges are to be paid for by the booker. If that is unavailable, the cost of the parking will be added to the cost.
Punch and Judy
The Punch and Judy show can draw a large crowd, so please bear that in mind when choosing where I am at your event.
Please also make sure that I am not next to any loud stalls (bouncy castle, etc) as these can drown out the show.
Times for each show can be chosen by you or us, but please make sure that the show does not clash with other events.
We have two puppet theatres, one suited for indoors and outdoors. Please let us know before the show which one would be best suited for your event.
Once the Punch and Judy booth is set up, it can not be moved without dismantling it
Magic Shows
For magic shows, we have a backdrop and two tables, so please bear that in mind when placing us
We can do up to 3 shows
If I am outside, please make sure there is some kind of cover because of the wind and the rain. If there isn’t coverage available, I may not be able to perform, and fees will still have to be paid in full.
Theatres
Harvo can perform on stage, he can host a show, or even do his full one-man show.
When booking, please state details about the theatre so we can tailor our show to you.
We would be happy to visit before the show as well if needed
Disco’s
If you have decided that you want a smoke machine, please make sure you ask the venue if they are allowed, as they can set off smoke alarms, and also make sure none of your guests are asthmatic.
The lights and tech will be cordoned off for safety reasons.
Wires will need to be taped to the ground.
Photography
You are welcome to take photos of the show, and photographers are allowed to take photos of the show; however, they are NOT allowed to sell photos of the show without prior permission from Harvo. Harvo Entertainment reserves the right to use any photos taken at an event for promotional material, etc (except at private events)
